Our company comes back in 1964. It was founded in Milan under the name "GALAFIL" by Mr. Pierangelo Brighenti (still at the head of the company) and was later transformed into "FILGALA" because of another company with a similar name.
In 1975, to allow customers to reach us more easily, we moved to the Industrial area of Prado (PV), a few kilometers from the Pavia ring road, but we noticed the great entrepreneurial jump after the transfer to the new buildings of Via Fossarmato, much more modern and current.
Over the years the production has reached remarkable qualitative and quantitative levels. The wide variety of yarns available in stock service guarantees the customer an infinite choice, both as regards the materials used, both for the type of processing, and for the variety of colors available.
For all our yarns we have a reference of colors, titles, compositions and quantities that can be easily consulted immediately.
Moreover, thanks to our production plants, we perform various twisting, dyeing and / or winding operations in the various compositions, according to the customer's request.
We can thus satisfy even the most original ideas and provide yarns with unique and particular patterns, both in single and twisted yarn, of multiple titles, both in terms of composition and in various miscellaneous compositions (mixed alpaca, cashmere, mohair, wool, 100 % pure new wool, 100% cotton guaranteed by OEKO, viscose, modal, micromodal, nylon, polyester, etc.)
We also have several vehicles that allow us to make very rapid deliveries, even every day.
